Description
Pulsetic is a subscription-based SaaS product that allows users to monitor website uptime. Users add their websites to a dashboard, configure monitoring intervals, and receive alerts if downtime is detected. The platform records uptime data continuously and displays historical performance metrics.
Challenge
The main challenge was designing a dashboard that would be equally intuitive for both technical and non-technical users. The platform needed to present real-time website status updates alongside historical uptime data in a way that was easy to understand and actionable, without overwhelming users with technical details. At the same time, the system had to support multiple notification channels, allowing users to receive alerts through different communication methods based on their preferences. Because website checks occur frequently, the interface also needed to remain fast and highly responsive, ensuring smooth interaction even with continuous status updates and growing historical datasets.
Solution
- Developed the full frontend using Nuxt.js
- Built dashboards for uptime history, downtime incidents, and monitoring configuration
- Implemented notification logic for email, Telegram, and custom channels
