Finance Operations Hub is a platform supporting an official Solana validator operating in Europe. The platform provides users with a platform to connect their crypto wallets, manage deposits, participate in staking programs, exchange assets, and perform crypto transactions directly through a decentralized application.
Our team delivered two core products:
Marketing Website & Blog – A landing page with a content management system for publishing updates.
Full dApp Application – A decentralized application where users could authenticate via wallet, view balances, swap assets, stake tokens, earn rewards, and send crypto transactions.
We also developed Telegram and Discord bots to support community engagement and automate user interactions.
Challenge
- During dApp development, the client introduced a complete redesign with new components and flows.
- We performed a full design audit, mapped reusable elements, and incorporated new features while maintaining efficiency and alignment with the client’s goals.
- Coordinating work across 4 team members for two parallel systems (website + dApp) demanded careful planning, efficient task distribution, and prioritization of high-impact features.
- The platform had to handle multiple simultaneous users, real-time transactions, and staking operations, requiring an architecture designed for high performance and stability.
Solution
To bring the redesigned product to life and prepare it for launch, our team rebuilt the platform from the ground up while ensuring scalability, security, and a smooth user experience.
We started with a comprehensive UI/UX audit, analyzing the new design system to identify reusable components and define the structure for new ones. This allowed us to streamline development and maintain visual consistency across the product.
Next, we restructured the frontend architecture, rebuilding layouts and implementing updated components while keeping the project on schedule.
In parallel, we developed a full marketing website with a CMS, enabling the client’s team to easily manage and update content without developer involvement.
On the product side, we delivered a production-ready decentralized application (dApp) with secure wallet connections and core Web3 functionality, including staking, token swapping, and transaction workflows.
To support community growth and engagement, we also built Telegram and Discord bots that provide real-time updates and improve communication with users.
Through iterative testing, optimization, and continuous improvements, we ensured the platform runs smoothly and reliably.
As a result, the client launched a stable, scalable platform ready for public release, providing users with a seamless onboarding experience and a secure environment to interact with the product.
