Description

Hidbook is a platform for photographers and videographers, founded by an Israeli photographer with Georgian roots and registered in the USA. The project’s goal is to create a professional hub where creatives can showcase their work and connect with clients. Our team joined as the main technical partner, taking responsibility for both web and mobile development after the previous developer left.

Challenge

The main challenge was to continue the development of a partially completed platform without disrupting existing functionality. Additionally, the client had limited resources and expected rapid delivery of a mobile application while maintaining ongoing platform support.

Solution

We ensured the platform’s continuous growth by taking over full-stack development and delivering new features. Key solutions included:

Building the mobile application from scratch with Ionic Capacitor.
Implementing a real-time messaging system (full in-app chat).
Supporting and enhancing both frontend (Vue.js) and backend (NestJS).
Rolling out incremental improvements and feature updates based on evolving needs.
