A US-based online education business needed a digital experience that would help users access personalized learning materials through both web and messaging channels.

The project included the development of interactive web-based calculators and a Telegram assistant that guided users through structured educational content based on information provided during onboarding.

The goal was to create a seamless experience where users could receive personalized recommendations, educational explanations, and supporting video materials through an automated workflow.

Challenge

The main challenge was transforming a highly specialized educational methodology into a seamless digital experience that could be delivered through both web and messaging channels. The platform needed to collect user-provided information, process a set of custom calculation rules, and generate personalized educational content tailored to each user’s results.

At the same time, the solution had to support multiple learning paths and deliver the correct combination of text explanations, recommendations, and video materials automatically. Since the educational content was distributed across different formats and user journeys, maintaining consistency between the web experience and the Telegram assistant required careful workflow design and content organization.

Another challenge was creating a scalable system that would allow new educational materials, calculation rules, and content flows to be added without requiring significant redevelopment, ensuring the platform could continue evolving alongside future programs and courses.
