Memlist is a Swedish membership and benefits platform that helps organizations provide discounts, rewards, special offers, and exclusive perks to their employees or members. The platform allows organizations to manage benefit programs, communicate with members, and distribute offers through a centralized administrative dashboard. Our team was engaged to improve the authenticated user experience and modernize the internal management panel used by platform administrators.
Challenge
The platform contained a wide range of administrative workflows related to member engagement, benefit management, and communication campaigns. One of the most important areas was an interactive email builder that allowed users to create and customize email templates for member communications. The existing dashboard required modernization and improved usability to support growing platform functionality. The challenge was to redesign complex workflows while maintaining flexibility for organizations managing different types of benefit programs, offers, and communications.
